This Cabernet Sauvignon is a sophisticated wine which is beautifully ripe & textural on the palate. The flavours are reminiscent of blackcurrant, plum and chocolate and the toasty oak is complements the velvety tannins, which add structure and length to the wine.
Food recommendations: This wine can be enjoyed with a lamb roast, goat ragu or mushroom risotto. Alternatively it can be drunk on any occasion and with correct cellaring can be enjoyed for some years

The 2012 vintage provided a spectacular growing season of which the Barossa is famous for and hence produced outstanding fruit quality. The wine is approachable and balanced, showing beautiful varietal characteristics.
