Description
The fruit for this wine was sourced from 2 different regions predominately Hunter Valley 20% and McLaren Vale. SA, 80%.
Classic traditional style winemaking techniques were utilised. Relatively warm ferment hand-plunged 3 times a day then transferred at 1 Baume’ into barrels for the completion of fermentation in oak barrels. A mixture of new and 1 year old French and American oak barrels was used during the structural maturation period.
