Color, nose and palate
Aromas of green melons with tropical fruit undertones feature on the nose. On the palate there is a refreshing limey acidity, and a burst of apple flavour producing a wonderful food friendly wine.

The fruit for this wine was grown in the Broke/Fordwich sub region of the Hunter Valley, on deep sandy loam soils. The average vine age is 10 years.
The fruit was hand-picked in the early mornings at 12.5 Baume’ to maintain the lovely fresh green melon characters. Fermentation was relatively cool over 14 days in stainless steel tanks to maintain fruit purity.
